Dr. Joseph's career began at the Research Foundation of the City University of New York as an associate in 2014, progressing through roles that included becoming a mortgage analyst at The Federal Savings Bank in 2016 and a marketing consultant at Pfizer between 2017 and 2018. As a teacher, his academic journey included previous faculty appointments at Saint Peter's University and Marymount Manhattan College. Queens College.

Dr. Joseph's robust academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Queens College, a Master of Science in business administration and management from Brooklyn College, and a Doctor of Philosophy in business administration in finance from Felician University. His pursuit of excellence is further demonstrated by several certifications, including as a financial modeling and valuation analyst from the Corporate Finance Institute, and Certification in Personal Finance from Working in Support of Education, a Credentials of Readiness (CORe) certificate from Harvard Business School Online, and the completion of a Cowin Financial Institute Fellowship from Teachers College at Columbia University.

Apart from his extensive education, Dr. Joseph's commitment to professional development is highlighted by his memberships in various industry-related organizations, including the International Association for Quantitative Finance, The Recording Academy, the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, and the ForbesBLK.
