/24-7PressRelease/ - NEWBURYPORT, MA, September 27, 2008, Deborah A. Scott, Creator, Owner and President of A Little Bit Of Rachel - The Unique Boutique, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the sale of online vintage clothing, jewelry and accessories.

The inspiration to create A Little Bit Of Rachel - The Unique Boutique, a first-of-its-kind online store offering vintage-retro fashions came from Deborah's mother and best friend Rachel, who lost her life to cancer in 2005. A true fashionista, Rachel collected and preserved vintage-retro clothing, jewelry and accessories for half a century. "After her and my father's subsequent passing the following year, I was left to sort through the many belongings in the attic," explains Deborah. "It was a treasure trove of fashionable vintage shirts, skirts, coats, dresses, brooches, clutches, sunglasses and more. After making enormous donations to Lazarus House Homeless Shelters, the Daughters of Charity, the Salvation Army and Project Care, as well as to friends and any other person who would provide these keepsakes with good homes, I realized that my mother had some vintage retro treasures that were so rare and well taken care of that I should find women who would also cherish her personal shopping style, so she can live on through them."

A small sampling of the items that A Little Bit Of Rachel - The Unique Boutique features includes: Swarovski crystal cat eye glamour sunglasses, vintage 60's rick rack dresses, gemstone rings, fur coats, bangle brackets, leather skirts, linen jackets, pill box hats, hippie dresses, stiletto heels, leather clutches, designer dresses and chenille coats. The clothing, which is available in sizes 6 to 16, as well as the jewelry and accessories featured on the site change frequently so Deborah encourages visitors to check back often.

"For me, it's not just about the clothes, it's about Rachel and everything she exemplified as my mom and very best friend. I'd like to think there are more "Rachel Girls" out there, says Deborah.
