Isis Cosmetic opened its doors to patients in January of 2007 and was the first clinic in the greater Tampa Bay area to offer the revolutionary SmartLipo procedure. In response to their innovative procedures Isis Cosmetic quickly grew and expanded their companies with centers in Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville. At the end of May 2008, Zolton sold the company, and opened Imago Practice Solutions, a plastic surgery oriented business consulting firm, with former Isis Cosmetic employee, Mariah Fox.
Recently, Isis Cosmetic unexpectedly closed its doors without notice to patients or employees, including patients who have already paid thousands of dollars for services not yet rendered. In an effort to assist these dissatisfied customers, Joseph Zolton and Mariah Fox owners of Imago Practice Solutions are preparing a special program that will offer these patients the surgeries that were promised but not performed at their clinics in St. Petersburg and Miami.
Zolton and Fox, who have just been informed of this breaking news, are already working on a program to accommodate these patients. Any patients affected by this event are urged to contact Imago Cosmetic Medical Centers and discuss their situation with the clinic.
"I can't imagine the despair, anger, and anxiety that these patients are feeling," Zolton remarked. He continues, "Patients place a great deal of trust in medical establishments, and to violate that trust, damages the credibility of all practices and clinics - It is completely unacceptable."
