About Akron Skin Center: Dr. James Libecco graduated from the Kent State University Honors Program with his degree in Integrated Life Sciences. After graduation, Dr. Libecco went on to complete four years at the Northeastern Ohio Medical University and graduated in the top 5% of his class. He was also awarded the Service to the Community Award. Dr. Libecco then when on to the Cleveland Clinic for an internship in Internal Medicine, which was followed by a Dermatology Residency at the Cleveland Clinic where he was also selected Chief Resident.
