SANTA ROSA, CA, February 07, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- 2nd Annual Ales For Autism Black & White Beer Ball - Friday, February 15th 2013

Ales for Autism is proud to announce that its 2nd annual Black & White Beer Ball will be held Friday, February 15th at the Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial building. Ales for Autism supports care centers, schools and research programs that specialize in developing new programs and services to meet the needs of people living with Autism Spectrum Disorders. 100% of proceeds from the Black & White Beer Ball will benefit Anova Education, northern California's most trusted provider of services to children and adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorders and learning disabilities. This year's event will feature unlimited tastings from some of the best craft breweries in northern California—big, small and independent. Last years event nearly sold out and included the rare and coveted Pliny The Younger, a Russian River Triple IPA with VERY limited distribution (released only 2 weeks out of the year)—leaving many to wonder what surprise brews will show up this year.

Some of the breweries announced so far include:

• Mad River
• Lagunitas IPA
• Ninkasi
• Firestone Walker
• 101 North Brewing
• Lost Coast
• St. Florians
• Speakeasy
• Tilted Shed Ciderworks (Limited)
• Ruth Mcgowan's
• Apple Sauced Ciders
• Calicraft

The Black & White Beer Ball is 21 and over and (despite being a ball) is a semi-formal dress event. The event will host an exciting silent auction and raffle full of beer enthusiast treasures. Grand prize for the Ales for Autism scratcher's raffle is a 3-course beer pairing dinner for up to 10 people at Pyramid Brewing in Berkeley.
