Ms. Ramjohn presently specializes in educating homebuyers. As a sales associate and assistant broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she services her clients by finding them the homes of their dreams. She also markets and lists homes for sale using the latest technology such as a Virtual Tour to provide quick turn arounds. Her services also include a Comparative Market Analysis of similar homes on the market. During the buying process, Ms. Ramjohn educates her clients about the housing market, ensuring they know houses are properly priced. Upon the completion of the buying process, she then suggests a home warranty, a service available through Coldwell Banker's concierge department, to all of its customers. Warranties may be placed on appliances and other amenities included in the purchase of the home as well as on the home's structure. Warranties may also be placed on car & truck rentals, floor coverings, and plumbing, to name a few. Ms. Ramjohn refers clients moving out of town to the Relocation Department where the staff sets procedures in motion to make smooth transitions to new locations.
A graduate of Queens College, CUNY, Ms. Ramjohn received her Post-Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision in 2005, and her Master of Science in Education and Psychology in 1991. She completed coursework in counselor education at St. John's University in 1979.
She is the president of her Block Association, and is also a member of The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., the oldest Greek Letter Sorority Organization for African American women. The organization works with the youth of the community in the areas of the arts as well as academia. Scholarships are awarded for excellence. As part of her community outreach, Ms. Ramjohn volunteers with Madonna Heights, a residency for troubled teenage girls in Wyandanch, NY. Ms. Ramjohn also enjoys public speaking and is a member of Toastmasters International.
