The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, and leadership abilities.
While in her late 40's, already a successful businesswoman, wife and mother, Amy Gerber developed the debilitating and life threatening illness of Multiple Sclerosis. On a family trip to Sedona, Arizona, under a Juniper tree atop a vortex, she received a 'miracle' healing, and has been MS free for 16 years.
This miracle healing has inspired a lifelong journey of holistic practices and helping others to lead a healthy, meaningful and inspired life. Eleven years ago she moved from her hometown in Ohio to Arizona, later founding Laughing Waters Ranch in Sedona where she now conducts transformational workshops and consults on an individual basis.
In 2000 Amy was ordained as an Interfaith Minister and is a trained clinical hypnotherapist. She graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Miami and received her Associate of Arts in Theatre from Stevens College.
