With five years of practiced experience in his field, Mr. Fermo is uniquely qualified to oversee a wide range of tasks on behalf of House Buyer Solutions. Over the past three years, in his role as director, he has grown the business by developing his network of business-to-business referral partners and overseeing the daily management of the business, as well as meeting prospective clients.
Mr. Fermo shines in his field due to a unique blend of his prior industry experiences and his educational and military background. While serving in the Special Forces, he was an avid property investor, and attributes his success to his ability to connect with his business partners and clients, assess situations, highlighting needs and wants, and working with partners and clients to find alternative solutions to problems. He learned his trade in real estate investment as a student of the Go Direct mentoring program, which was taught by his mentor and friend, Rick Otton. Mr. Fermo was invited to become a board member of this program in late 2013. Mr. Fermo also holds a certificate IV in small business management.
A shining example of excellence in his field, Mr. Fermo was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Go Direct program, and the New South Wales Rural Fire Service and Surf Life Saving Australia.
