Ms. van de Riet has 12 years of experience in her profession, with three years as owner of Engaged Living. Earlier in her career, she served as a laboratory technician for Moirs, where she contributed to the company's quality control efforts.
The keys to her professional success, says Ms. van de Riet, have been her work ethic and passion for coaching and helping women. She traces her involvement in her profession to her strong connection to nature, which she attributes to her childhood years spent learning about nature from her father.
Ms. van de Riet holds certification in neuro linguistic programming from the American University of NLP. She is also a graduate of Coach U and is recognized by the International Coaches Federation. Ms. Van de Riet studied biological technology at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College. In her spare time, she enjoys rug hooking, gardening and horseback riding. In the coming years, Ms. van de Riet hopes to secure a separate retreat location and take on more public speaking and workshop engagements.
