With more than four years of professional experience, Ms. Weege specializes in Specialty BioPharma pharmaceutical sales and previously worked for Johnson & Johnson. She considers receiving the District Eagle Representative Award in 2006 and the Johnson & Johnson District Representative of the Quarter and of the Year Award in 2005 to be the highlights of her career, and she attributes her success to being goal-oriented. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to help others and her entrepreneurial spirit to drive business. She stays current with the trends in her profession by networking, attending seminars and reading industry-related publications. Ms. Weege believes that the most important issues facing her profession today are healthcare reimbursement and access to educate physicians and institutions on new drug therapies.

Ms. Weege received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Pre-Medicine from Edgewood College in 2004 and is affiliated with the United Professional Sales Association. Also a volunteer with various organizations, she hopes to grow personally and professionally in the future.
