    ARNPRIOR, ONTARIO, CANADA, March 8, 2013 /Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Anne S. Graham, Director of Human Resources for Pillar5 Pharma, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. Ms. Graham is a results-oriented human resources leader with 25 years of experience in developing and establishing people solutions to implement business strategies and priorities. She has strategic and hands-on experience in all major areas of human resources and organizational development, including leadership development, leadership assessments and change management. For the past five years she has excelled as Director of Human Resources for Pillar5 Pharma, a pharmaceuticals manufacturer. She is responsible for Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management as well as leadership and team development. Prior to that she held senior HR and OD roles at companies in the financial services, high tech and consumer products industries. She attributes her success to her continual learning, hard work and good luck.

Ms. Graham received an MBA from Athabasca University in Alberta, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish languages from York University in Toronto. She is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional and Human Capital Strategist, and is a member of Human Resources Professionals of Ontario. In addition, Ms. Graham serves on the Board of Trustees for the Royal Ottawa Hospital. In 2002, she was distinguished with a Human Resources Vision Award.
