The breakthrough comes as a result of a deal brokered between AP Solutions' prepaid card EasyBuy and a Chinese distributor. Now Chinese consumers need only purchase a local EasyBuy card, which is available at more than 6,000 locations in China, and the funds can be used on any website connected to the AP Solutions system.
An anonymous payment option with no chargeback risk, EasyBuy was made available to AP Solutions merchants several months ago.
"This is a development with enormous global implications. China has a population in excess of 1 billion, and its economic outlook is staggering.
