The proposal calls for multi-space, pay-by-license plate parking pay stations and handheld enforcement devices for use in the downtown core. If successful, Aparc will be contracted to supply and install 24 SIEMENS pay stations and Motorola handheld enforcement devices equipped with Aparc's proprietary TicketManager enforcement software, fully integrated into a seamless network aimed at improving parking occupancy in the City and revitalizing the downtown area.
