LONDON, ENGLAND, December 07, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Web Design and Online Marketing Agency Art Division, has been awarded the Silver Award for Supplier of the Year (Technology) at the Negotiator Awards in November.

The team were ecstatic to have received the accolade - which came as the agency prepared to re-launch their popular blog Addicted to Property, which focuses on delivering up-to-date news on all things property. The go-to agency for estate agents; the London-based business has carved out a successful niche in the industry, thanks to the team's in-depth understanding of online marketing and web design, as well as their quality SEO and social media services.

Director Nelly Berova, was awarded the much-coveted prize at a five-star event held at London's Hilton hotel. The ceremony was hosted by actor writer and comedian Hugh Dennis and the best of the property industry were out in force to witness his usual engaging banter!

Known as The Oscars of Agency, receiving the prestigious award has been yet another boost in what's been a great year for the agency. After winning a range of new clients 2013, the team were thrilled when they won runner-up for Raynes Park Business of the Year at the Merton Chamber of Commerce Awards for the second year in a row. As the property market is key to what Art Division does, it appears the hard work has paid off thanks to the nurturing of relationships with clients in the sector and the growing reputation of the business.

"We were so happy when we were shortlisted as it really demonstrated our commitment to this industry," said Miss Berova.

"We've made such a big effort over the years to prove ourselves as providers of a top-notch service for estate agents and other property-linked industries. As a result, we've a fantastic team with specialities in this area. Our SEO guy analyses the keywords and traffic and works on Search Intelligence. Our copywriters have an intricate understanding of how to write amazing, engaging content and they're always up to date with what's trending day-to-day. And of course our web designers have proved to be unbeatable when it comes to designing sites for our clients, who come back to us again and again," she added.

It seems like the sky's the limit for Art Division's future in the property world. With a booming London market as well as estate agents needing strong, specialist marketing services and tailored websites more than ever before, the only way is up! And with their sister site, Property Division, designed especially to engage with new clients; the agency's likely to be the one to watch in 2014 and beyond.
