Mr. Sharp has 15 years of experience in recruitment, talent management and human resource consulting. He currently leads the sales function for Maachu, a new technology based sourcing platform. In this position, he helps large and small businesses to develop talent management processes by helping to reduce "time to hire" metrics whilst providing clients the "right" candidate in a cost effective way.

Mr. Sharp is passionate about developing talent management systems to enable businesses to be smarter in how they source talent whilst helping to drive down hiring costs. He has set up recruitment and HR businesses in key emerging markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He earned a bachelor's degree in business from Sheffield Hallam University and was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. He attributes his success to his persistence and taking opportunities when they arise.
