The annual awards, previously known as the SPACE Awards, recognize the top commercial and residential real estate executives and companies in the Triangle region. This marks the first year the award recognition is available to local residential real estate developers and real estate agents. Previously the program focused solely on the commercial real estate sector. Winners in 18 categories will be recognized at an awards ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 31 at the Newcastle South Building in Durham, N.C.
