Co-founder and Director of Victoria's Essentials, Jeffrey Slater says, "In the development of this new collection, we set out to develop a range of unique facial and body exfoliation products that are superior in every way to current professional scrub treatments currently available."
" We sought to create an exfoliation product from the ground up. Unlike most gels, we wanted the base to be totally free of chemicals, most commonly being derived from acrylics. We developed a Corn based starch that emulates oil when wet. By being oil-free, our products are perfect for use pre-spray tan."
"We then chose to eliminate cheap exfoliates, like salt and sugar which we found too irritating. Sugar and Salt are mostly used as they are the cheap ingredients used to increase profit margin. Instead we chose exotic exfoliates including Bamboo, Tahitian Pearl, Volcanic Ash, Brazilian Ground Coffee Beans, Ground Walnut Shell, Dried Cranberry and a combination of White Red and Black Rice."
"Finally, we used only the highest quality ingredients including Pure Silk Powder, Certified Organic Ingredients where possible and the finest Dutch Chocolate, Brazilian Coffee Beans and evocative essential oil blends. Each product is a labour of love and respect for nature."
