Ms. Bressand Sussfeld has more than 10 years' experience in several areas of operations and finance in an international business environment. She has spent a decade with one of the world's leading FMCG companies. This professional history has prepared her for her work with her current employer, L'Oreal, where she serves as a category manager.
Having always been interested in the cosmetics industry, she found her niche in this sector of the workforce. Ms. Bressand Sussfeld believes that the beauty industry helps men and women feel better about themselves and in addition to this, she enjoys the innovative aspects of her current role. She has made great accomplishments in this line of work. When she believes in something, she makes it a priority to see it through to completion.
Ms. Bressand Sussfeld is also adept in collaborating with others, and this is a talent that aids her as a category manager. In this position, she works in close relationship with the local retailers to develop the Health & Beauty categories and she markets the H&B products in order to increase the company's market share. She is also responsible for creating an action plan, and in carrying out each of her duties, she has become a proficient team builder and manager. She holds two graduate-level degrees, a master's degree in Law and Industrial Property from Universite Pantheon-Assas and a master's degree in management from Ecole de Management de Lyon. She also attends the L'Oreal CEDEP-INSEAD executive management program.
