/24-7PressRelease/ -- On October 31, 2009, the Oxford Valley Mall will offer little ghouls and goblins a safe place to haunt this Halloween as the Simon Kidgits Club and Oriental Trading present Mall-O-Ween Trick-or-Treating from 1pm - 4pm. From costume contests to trick-or-treating, kids can join in all the frightfully fun activities for Halloween in a safe, climate-controlled environment.
In addition to collecting Halloween treats, kids can pick up coloring sheets from Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, available on Blu-ray Disc and DVD Oct. 27 from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, as well as Halloween bags and My Little Pony Twinkle Wish Adventure stickers. Title sponsor Oriental Trading Company will also provide valuable coupons to make Halloween extra fun this fall. Families and children can visit the mall's Guest Services desk where they will receive goody bags and lists of involved mall stores.
Parents can register their child to become Simon Kidgits Club members at http://www.simon.com/kidgits. With the $5 annual fee, kids will receive a free T-shirt, membership, and access to all of the Kidgits Club special events throughout the year.
Also, on Saturday, November 7, 2009, the mall invites local residents to welcome Santa to town. The mall will host a parade at 8am that will begin at the lower level near Mall Entrance 2 (near the Disney Store) and will continue to the upper level of the Mall's Sears Court. The Neshaminy High School Marching Band, Judy Tudy the Clown and many more will partake in the parade and entertain guests. Immediately following the parade, Simon Kidgits Club members are invited to a special breakfast with Santa. The breakfast will be held at 9am in the mall's Food Court. Reservations are required and members can register at Guest Services.
