The market welcomed these products, introduced in the fourth quarter of 2012, and they've already been heralded as the hot new foodie item by the likes of The Today Show and Food52. Our new cheesecakes were named a 2012 Editor's Pick by The Gourmet Retailer and a "Top Pick" by The Nibble, who called them "divine," saying "When Belle Chevre's cheesecake arrived, we devoured it."
2012 was a great year for Belle Chevre—in addition to new products, they also added a new head of product management and marketing and launched a sales program called Team Belle. 2013 also promises greatness, with plans to continue expanding the family in the form of new products, a new creamery, and a new retail location. Instead of handing out cigars, Belle Chevre is celebrating by offering a monthly special to stores that want to showcase their family of products. Belle Chevre has produced a variety of internationally acclaimed chevres since 1989 using time-tested European farmstead techniques.
