Mr. Rogers excels in commercial lending and commercial credit analysis. As Assistant Vice President and Business Relationship Manager, he is responsible for meeting the banking needs of business owners as well as engaging and coordinating a team of financial specialists who provide world-class cash management, merchant services and brokerage services. Mr. Rogers also prepares credit analyses and related documentation for commercial loan underwriters. Prior to assuming his current position, he worked as a commercial middle market underwriter and a relationship manager for SunTrust Bank. Mr. Rogers considers his role as a trusted financial advisor to business owners the most fulfilling aspect of his career. Banking attracted him because of his interest in fundamental business analysis and his enjoyment in working with people in a dynamic marketplace.

A graduate of the University of Richmond, Mr. Rogers earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with dual concentration in Accounting and Finance, in 2004. Additionally, he completed a highly-competitive, 15-month commercial training program in 2005. He is a member of the Society of the Cincinnati and Young Finance Professionals. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Agawam Council, a youth development non-profit organization in Raymond, Maine. He is also a member of the DC Alumni Board for the Episcopal Academy of Merion, PA.
