Mr. Steed has 20 years of professional experience in law enforcement. He is responsible for patrolling and ensuring safety service and attributes his success to his leadership skills. In addition to industry-related training, he has taken courses at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and has special training in elder abuse and Alzheimer's. A member of the National Sheriffs' Association, Mr. Steed was awarded Cop of the Month and Deputy of the Month two times in 2006 and 2007.

A frequent contributor, Mr. Steed donates to charities for breast cancer as well as to the American Cancer Society and the Special Olympics. He volunteers his time for Walk America and Relay for Life. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, exercising, listening to spiritual music and spending time with the elderly. In the future, Mr. Steed hopes to become a lieutenant or captain.
