With more than 25 years of experience in program and project management, Mr. Soling has led a wide range of complex assignments, many with an international angle. He joined PA Consulting Group as director in October 2012 and currently oversees the firm's IT program and project delivery division. In this role, Mr. Soling is focused on providing PA Consulting Group clients the highest quality talent and resources for securing value from IT.

Attributing his many years of success to dedication and passion for helping people, Mr. Soling was inspired to join the consulting profession after benefiting from consulting services himself. The road to project success).

Mr. Soling received his Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Technical University of Denmark. He is an accredited Registered Consultant (RC) in PPM and PRINCE2 through APMG-International. In his spare time, Mr. Soling enjoys good food, good wine and traveling with his wife. His professional goals for the next few years include strengthening the PA Consulting Group brand in the Nordic market.
