    OXON HILL, MD, September 4, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Blanche Bonita Layne, President of Layne Properties, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

As the president of Layne Properties, LLC, Ms. Layne specializes in property leasing and public safety. She is responsible for contracting with realtors to ensure everything is to their satisfaction, contacting mechanics and plumbers, planning meetings, managing banking operations and receipts, and ensuring tenants are content and in line with consumer regulatory rules. She became involved in her profession because of her love for the business world and she attributes her success to her determination, experience, perseverance, family background and willingness to make a difference and progress.

Ms. Layne received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Saint Paul's College in 1983. She is the president of the Board of Directors for Rosecroft Commons Condominium.
