/24-7PressRelease/ -- Steve Strang, formally of Eaton Rapids has been appointed Communications Director for the Bob Robinson for State Representative campaign team. Bob Robinson is running for State Representative in Michigan's 71st District in 2010. Strang, currently residing in Chicago, will oversee all communications to the public and media throughout the campaign.
After graduating from Eaton Rapids High School in 2003, Steve obtained his bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He has worked for the American Red Cross in both Chicago and Denver, CO since graduating. Steve is currently obtaining his Masters in Public Administration from Roosevelt University. In addition, he serves on the board for the Young Non-Profit Professionals Network (YNPN) of Chicago as a technology board chair.
"Bob's campaign caught my attention because of his passion to represent the residents of Eaton County," said Steve. "Although my hometown is not located in District 71, this district affects all of the Mid-Michigan providing important jobs and commerce for all of us. Bob is working hard to prove that elections can be successful with grassroots support of the people, and to convince special interests that their money could be better spent on job creation, not elections."
