With 8 years of experience as Executive Director of Housing Authorities, Ms. Osborn specializes in communication and people management. She is responsible for managing all finances for the organization, handling the budget responsible for neighborhood stabilization, interacting with attornies on real estate contracts and working with committees. Douglas County Housing Partnership is housing authorities that provide affordable housing including loans for first time home buyers, foreclosure services, reverse mortgage counseling and shared equity programs. Ms. Osborn gained experience working as a corporate executive and began her career as a clerk. She obtained her Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 1986 and is a recipient of the Advocacy Award from the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association.
