Mr. Burke is an experienced business executive with multi-year project management experience in transportation, logistics support, multi-functional supply chain management, operations, analysis and maintenance. He owes such proficiency to his 15 years of industry experience gained from a 10-year career as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army and 5 years spent in the private sector working for Fortune 500 companies KBR, Inc. and Target, Inc. His career in the army has awarded him with exceptional leadership skills as well, which he has used to support emergency response operations, personnel development and team-building throughout his career. Aside from his work in the army, Mr. Burke most recently served KBR, Inc., where he held positions as an operations coordinator, liaison officer, Director of Logistics and Manager of Sales Administration/Operations throughout the years. At this armed forces contractor, he was responsible for overseeing all areas of logistics support for US State Department operations in Iraq and served as a Project Leader for the North American Government & Defense business unit Standard Modules of Excellence program.

Desiring to continue his logistics career overseas, and to develop and secure opportunities to support humanitarian efforts to disaster-stricken areas around the world, Mr. Burke pursued a career with SOS International Ltd. This defense contractor provides information engagement, intelligence solutions and stability operations support to the U.S. government and commercial clients. As Deputy Program Manager for Logistics, he is responsible for a variety of roles, including capture, analysis and estimation of program requirements, and program execution and administration for all logistics aspects of his company's stability operations portfolio. Mr. Burke has enjoyed a rewarding career, and attributes his success to his decisiveness, persistence and willingness to continue learning.

Mr. Burke's extensive academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, a Master of Public Administration in Homeland Security, Policy and Coordination from Walden University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business and Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University. Distinguished in the professional community, he retains membership with Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity and the Association of the United States Army.
