/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Bridget R. Ravenell, Research Analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in forensics.
With 30 years of experience in public service, Ms. Ravenell is considered an expert in fingerprints and name verification. She assumed her current position at the FBI in 2007. As a research analyst, she is tasked primarily with providing background information for various agencies such as the Immigration & Naturalization Service, which she assists with visa applications and investigations into terror threats. She also closes out cases from different field offices.
A fingerprint examiner for much of her career, Ms. Ravenell was honored with an award for identifying a "floater" that the Newport News Police Department was unable to place. She attributes her success to working hard and being a quick study. She aspires to advance to a Grade 14 or Grade A research analyst before she retires from the FBI.
