Brooke Schroeder entered the real estate industry in 1994 working with a financial planning firm that specialized in creating mortgage funds and real estate backed investments for their clients.
Brooke obtained her California Funding License in 2001 and in 2003 became a California licensed real estate agent and began working with buyers and sellers in the residential real estate and lending market. Over the next four years she averaged over $6,500,000 in real estate sales annually with the majority of her business based on repeat and referral business.
Brooke relocated to Colorado in 2007 as a result of her husband's job transfer and took the next year to educate herself on the Colorado real estate trends, cities and communities. In 2009 she became a Colorado licensed Broker and joined Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC., located in Englewood, Colorado.
Since joining Keller Williams Realty DTC, Brooke has acquired a designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. This designation addresses the complex issues confronting today's real estate industry and has provided her with the training and experience needed to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market.
Brooke is currently licensed in the states of Colorado and California and specializes in working with buyers, sellers, short sales, HUD homes and investors.
