provider, AnswerNow, recently returned from attending the 26th Annual StarTel National User Group (SNUG) conference. This year's event was held March 3-6, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, California.
SNUG consists of outsourcing call center service providers and health systems using Startel call center equipment. Ranging in size from three to 100+ seats, members work together to solve business challenges and leverage opportunities. The annual SNUG conference provides an excellent forum for learning and networking.
AnswerNow actively participates in the SNUG conferences each year.
