She is responsible for overseeing the entire business and all day-to-day operations. With more than 30 years of experience in her family-run enterprise, she has been the sole proprietor of the company since her husband's death in 2004.

Needleville Gin Company produces cotton for wholesale distribution. The company has been producing cotton since 1976. Ms. Horak also owns Horak Farms, which was established in 1972.
