The NEW AX Series Monitor Arms and Wall Mount System expands Capsa's reach into the health IT and point-of-care computing category where they currently offer a wide breadth of mobile computing carts and workstations. "The AX Series line is a natural extension to expand our portfolio of products that enable computing hardware and health IT directly at the point-of-care," stated Dave Burns, CEO of Capsa Solutions. "Capsa can now meet the requirements of those facilities that want both mobile computing and fixed access locations for their electronic health records and software."
In addition to its new AX Series, Capsa is also introducing FirstDose , a decentralized medication storage and inventory cabinet designed to streamline the process of managing "starter" doses for patients. Scott Salmon, Vice President of Marketing for Capsa, stated there is really no other product out there like FirstDose. "Most decentralized medication dispensing cabinets are too big, too complicated, and too expensive for many healthcare facilities.
