BAYARD, NE, July 8, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carie A. Sinks, Secretary and Treasurer for Sinks Grinding, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of agricultural services.

Ms. Sinks' expertise is in managing business affairs. She brings seven years of professional experience to Sinks Grinding, a grower and distributor of alfalfa. As the secretary and treasurer, she is in charge of listing loads of alfalfa for sale, billing, handling payments, and maintaining files. She attributes her success to the support that she receives from the people around her.

In addition to industry-related training, Ms. Sinks had some coursework in human services at Western Nebraska Community College. She is also a licensed foster parent. As a youth specialist, Ms. Sinks enjoyed considerable success, being honored with an Employee of the Year Award and an Employee of the Quarter Award by her local juvenile detention center. In her spare time, she volunteers with Birthright of Scottsbluff and participates in a local mentoring program. Her goals for the future include opening her own Internet coffee shop.
