/24-7PressRelease/ -- Worth magazine has named renowned family lawyer Carl Michael McCurley of Dallas as one of the country's Top 100 attorneys.
Mr. McCurley, founder of Dallas' McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is the only Dallas lawyer to be featured in the exclusive listing and one of only five attorneys from Texas to appear on the list, which was published in the November 2008 issue of Worth.
The Top 100 list recognizes the nation's top attorneys specializing in philanthropy, elder care, matrimonial, trust and estates, and other private practice areas. To create the list, Worth's editors sought nominations from readers and professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, who regularly interact with lawyers. The magazine's editorial team then pared the list through a detailed vetting process.

In addition to the Worth honor, Mr. McCurley has earned recognition on every Texas Super Lawyers list since 2003, and is perennially honored in D Magazine's list of "The Best Lawyers in Dallas."
