    WEST LIBERTY, OH, July 3, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Carol B. Poppe, Owner of Tri State Dispatch, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of business management.

With 10 years of experience in her current position, Carol is responsible for answering calls from the railway and arranging deliveries from quarries. Her goal is to add two to three states per year. She started the operations with three states and now she provides services for 17 states. She previously worked for an asphalt company and attributes her success to her time management skills. Carol is a member of Dun & Bradstreet and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, baking and decorating cakes.

Tri State Dispatch is a sole proprietorship that provides delivery of aggregate materials for major railways.
