Having spent 25 years in senior retail management positions, Ms. Molyneux has worked on both sides of the retail fence as a category manager, general manager of a city department store, and now a CEO of a specialty chain. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Liverpool, UK.
