    GRAND SALINE, TX, June 10, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Carolynn Flagler, Project Manager and Proposal Consultant, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of management.

Ms. Flagler has 23 years of professional experience and 10 years in project management, evaluating requests for proposals from the government, overseeing defense and communication systems and delivering services to support that system. She started as a legal secretary and got involved with large litigation projects and contract risk assessments. She then had the opportunity to train across the country and attributes her success to her ability to set goals and to not stopping until they are achieved. Ms. Flagler received her Master of International Management from American Graduate School.
