This is just one aspect of a whole host of planned improvements to the Cash Train loan offering, which we are rolling out
PERTH, AUSTRALIA, October 23, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/
-- Cash Train; well known in Australia, for its high adrenaline TV advertisement, promoting fast and simple cash loans has recently extended its maximum loan limit from $1,000 to $1,200.
Cash Train loans, used by thousands every month, are simple fast loans used in short term emergencies, such as when a larger than expected utility bill comes through or for emergency car repairs which just can't wait until the next payday arrives. All loans are paid to a borrower's bank account after the application has been reviewed for affordability, suitability and has been accepted.
Previously the maximum loan limit for new customers was set at $600 and has now been extended to $800, while for existing customers, based on the loans affordability, suitability and a customer's repayment record, the maximum loan limit has been raised from $1,000 to a new high of $1,200.
Bernie Kelly, Cash Trains Chief Operations Officer had this to say about the change: "This is just one aspect of a whole host of planned improvements to the Cash Train loan offering, which we are rolling out. Customers who can afford it, with a good repayment history should be rewarded with a higher borrowing limit, it's that simple. Our new customer's first loan maximum has also been extended from $500 to $800 which gets us closer to our goal of providing quick cash solutions for everyone who can afford it, in emergencies
Other recent upgrades include the introduction of an automated bank account verification service, which allows customers to digitally send Cash Train a record of their latest 90 days banking transaction history in minutes. Due to regulatory changes, all short term lenders are now required by law to review 90 days' worth of banking transactions to establish the affordability of the loan application. Manually sending in 90 days bank statements via email or fax can be time consuming, and especially so in an emergency.
