Cassandra L. Harrison-Peterson Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Finance Management

Mrs. Harrison-Peterson opened her company, Horizon Satellite, LLC, with her husband, seven years ago and has provided the community with wireless Internet service and satellite services. Covering Homer to South Ninilchik, Ala., it offers its clients the best possible services. Her husband, Leif Peterson, handles all the instillation of the satellite systems while Mrs. Harrison-Peterson handles all the financials, marketing, and day-to-day operations. They have already built seven towers and own the rights to all contracts. They are currently putting up the largest self-supported tower in Homer, Ala., standing 100 feet tall.

Mrs. Harrison-Peterson has taken college courses in business from the University of Alaska in Anchorage and has become proficient in financial management and marketing. She is a member of a local chamber of commerce, the Kenai Peninsula Builders Association, the National Association of Professional Women and the Better Business Bureau. She attributes her success to team work and dedication.

In the future, Mrs. Harrison-Peterson intends to expand the business, having a tower infrastructure in place to serve several thousand wireless internet customers and the ability to provide custom packages that fit all their needs for competitive prices.
