Cambridge Who's Who
- Dallas, TX, July 16, 2008, Cassie S. Clayton, Administrative Assistant for Pitney Bowes, has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of customer service.
With expert skills in customer service, Ms. Clayton is responsible for managing administrative duties, bookkeeping and attending emergency cases. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, she worked for a small business where she gained knowledge in software systems and developed excellent customer service skills. She attributes her success to her hard work and dedication. Ms. Clayton is a specialist in the Armed National Guard and has served as a squad leader, platoon leader and as an emergency medical technician trainer for the U.S. Army. She has volunteered for several disaster relief efforts.
Ms. Clayton considers serving her country, especially for disaster relief, to be the most fulfilling aspect of her career. The highlights of her career were being named to the Dean's List consecutively for three years and receiving multiple leadership and achievement awards from the U.S. Army for her performance as a combat field medic. She also received the Stephen Foster Scholarship and has been invited to join the National Scholars Honor Society as a magna cum laude.
A certified emergency medical technician, Ms. Clayton is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Texas at Dallas and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. She feels that the rising effects of the war in Iraq and economic decline are the most important issues affecting the country. She stays current with the trends in her profession by enrolling in continuing education courses and intends to pursue her JD and become an advocate. She also hopes to become a Sergeant and continue serving her country in the future.
