- Bloomington, IL, May 15, 2008, Cathy Belcher, Quality Assurance Coordinator for OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, will be included as an honored member in the 2008-2009 edition of the

She is affiliated with the Emergency Nurses Association and the National Association of EMS Educators. Ms. Belcher attributes her success to her detail-oriented nature and ability to learn.
