Ms. Hemker has 30 years of professional experience classrooms and schools. She started her career as a teacher for 20 years then became a principal for 10 years. She is now serving at the district level in Human Resources. Ms. Hemker is pursuing her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and received her Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership in 2006 from the University of Wyoming. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
