Cathye specializes in U.S. and international operations project management and is responsible for analysis and strategic planning, scope definition and management, time risk and budget management, contract and vendor management, on-site execution, writing proposals and marketing. In 2005, Cathye became a certified project management professional through the PMI. Her undergraduate studies include MIS, communication and psychology. She received her Ph.D. in Philosophy/Holistic Life Coaching from the University of Sedona, AZ in 2006 and is preparing to begin work on a second Ph.D. in psychophysiology at UNM in Santa Fe. Cathye stays current in her field by ongoing technical education as well as the pursuit of high education in areas that feed her life passions. She believes that a person's career education objectives are met and enhanced at the Bachelor's and Master's Degree levels and that one's life objectives and passions are built upon graduate studies that feed the soul. Her core belief is that ultimate success comes only when a person integrates their career objectives with their life's passion.
