Our customers can expect the same high quality service they've received from Central Florist since 1969," says Capalbi.

"The efficiency of online flower ordering means that we can offer free delivery to our Web customers," says Capalbi. "We also don't add service fees for ordering flowers online." Online customers can also call the shop at any time to discuss their orders. "Making our staff available to the customers is extremely important," says Capalbi, adding that they would like to distinguish the superior experience of ordering flowers online from Central Florist from the poor experiences customers may have had from ordering online through an order-gathering site.
