Ms. Crochet has enjoyed a 23-year career with Troxell Communications, an educational technology company, and has served as the company's senior vice president of operations for the past year. Prior to 2012, she served as VP of Operations for 12 years. Her responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to the company, supporting staff and teams, creating system processes and implementing lean processes to improve efficiency.
Joining Troxell as an accounting clerk in 1989, Ms. Crochet soon embarked on the career path that led to her current role as the senior vice president of operations. During her tenure, she has seen the company grow from 35 to 130 employees and diversify into the health care market. She attributes her success to investing in herself by taking additional classes and seminars that focus on leadership and communication skills.
Ms. Crochet received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from University of Phoenix. In addition to her formal education, she has earned certifications in report leadership, power communications, leadership communications, neurolinguistic programming and personal mastery. In the near future, Ms. Crochet hopes to serve as chief operating officer for the organization.
