Mr. Beavers has over a decade of experience in sanitation services, starting as Area Manager then working his way to Vice President. All of his experience is in leadership and management positions. He is responsible for a multitude of duties, including budgeting, forecasting and oversight for the Southeastern region of the company's operations. This includes the effective management of approximately 2000 employees.

Mr. Beavers, who attributes his success to his hard work, holds a bachelor of arts, earned in 2001 from Iowa Wesleyan College. He is a board member of the Iowa Wesleyan Alumni Association. In the near future, he hopes to continue his growth within the division.
