Ms. Bowe has 17 years of experience in the industry, with two years in her current role. Her expertise includes enterprise software sales, alliance and channel sales, strategy and general management. She oversees staff and handles all sales and operations for Perceptive Software for the U.K. and Ireland.
She attributes her success to her strategy development skills, collaborative leadership style, accountability, enthusiasm and passion. She became involved in her profession after earning an Honors Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and a minor in accounting, from the University of Ottawa in 1994. While working for Deloitte Consulting's strategy and financial management practice, she became involved with software implementations as a part of process re-engineering engagements. She was involved in several software implementation projects and eventually joined a company that sold software. Mrs. Bowe spent seven years at Hyperion Solutions first in technical sales and partner alliances, and moving to general management and product line strategy, covering global roles. After acquisition by Oracle, Mrs. Bowe moved to the UK working as a director in the pre-sales organisation.
She is a volunteer mentor, coach and is active in leadership development. Her hobbies include Pilates, yoga, triathlons, reading, and traveling.
