    APPLETON, WI, September 5, 2012 /Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Cindi Ritcey Fox, Senior Partner, MAP Certified Financial Services Professional of New York Life Insurance Company, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

Ms. Fox began her career with Humana Health Insurance Company, where she worked for 11 years in various management positions in group administration, underwriting, telemarketing and sales. In 1991, she became a registered representative at AXA Equitable and was promoted to regional vice president. After years of producing over $75,000-$100,000 FYC by herself per year, she moved on to New York Life Insurance Company as a partner in 2003 and opened a start-up sales office in Appleton. By 2004, she was number 9 in the nation and received the 1st prior NYL Award, Platinum Peak Performance Award and a Recruiting Award. In 2005, she became number 7 and received another NYL Award and Corporate Vice Presidents Award. By 2006, she was number 3 in the nation, earning the leading partner award (Top Gun). Ms. Fox was promoted to senior partner in 2007. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing recruitment, providing training, developing the infrastructure of buildings, leases and technology, managing people and running the agency. Having achieved years of success, she credits her integrity, authenticity, honesty and unwavering dedication to her core values. She intends to grow the agency and hire more people, as the company is now recruiting people in financial and insurance sales and management. She also aspires to touch more lives through agents and take care of more families to make the world a better place to live while being financially fit.

Ms. Fox earned an associate degree in business management, her CLU, CLF, LUTCF, and maintains her professionalism as President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Additionally, she supports the local Center for Grieving Children, the local children's hospital and the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer Fund.
