PHILADELPHIA, PA, December 13, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael Zyborowicz, CPA, a director in Citrin Cooperman's Philadelphia office, has been elected treasurer of the board of directors for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled.
The Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization provides free, high-quality legal services to low-income people with physical disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania.

In addition to supporting the greater-Philadelphia community through LCD, Zyborowicz has been a member of Back on My Feet, a nonprofit organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of those experiencing homelessness by engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength and self-esteem. He also is a supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and a board member of Playworks, a national nonprofit that supports learning by providing safe, healthy and inclusive play and physical activity to schools.
With more than a decade of accounting experience, Zyborowicz provides clients with general audit and business consulting services, as well as guidance on internal controls matters, financial statements preparation, and benchmarking.
