French has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her sensational work in the Biotechnology Industry. As Owner and Operator of Windy Pines Natural Herb Farm, Ms. French has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Windy Pines Natural Herb Farm is a company which is involved in the growing and distribution of native medicinal plants. They also perform a great deal of research and discovery of new plants to treat a number of conditions as well as enhance people's quality of life through natural means.

Una has 25 years of experience in foraging native medicinal plants of southern Illinois. She is the Founding Member of the Illinois Herb Association. Una is also the Founding Member and past President of Local Herbs for Health and Fun. During her educational career, she earned an Associate's Degree in Business.
